RENTING MANAGEMENT

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Faced with the need for advanced knowledge in legal and administrative matters, property management is long and tedious.

Entrusting the management of your property to a professional relieves you of these constraints.

The complete management of your property: commercial action (internet advertising, billboards, etc.), search for a tenant, creation and verification of the solvency of the file, follow-up of the tenant, regularization of charges, indexation of the rent.

 

We do not impose the tenant on you, we leave you the choice among the proposed files, we monitore and coordinate, with your agreement, of necessary and/or urgent repairs (water damage, boiler and others).
